Jack Harvey, Ian Noyce and Kev Zibell were members of the Loose Scratch String Band that played around Ballarat in the early-mid 1970’s. Later, Jack, Noycey and Kev continued through subsequent bands including “Electric Fence-a Shocking Band” and “Jack and the Flashbacks”. Jack, Noycey, and Kev then got together with John Ducardus and Dave Dahlenburg to record some of Jack’s originals as “Unfinished Business”. Now play on…
